David Jennings
Mr. Jennings is a co-founder of Private Investor Reserves
Corp. He has 16 years of entrepreneurial start-up business
owner experience specializing in call center development,
cable TV systems, direct sales and marketing. He has multiple
tenures as founding operating partner during hyper-growth
phases of successful start-up efforts where the employee base
was grown from 10 to 250+ within the first year. For the last
seven years he has been an angel investor and corporate development
consultant specializing in early stage funding and venture
capital.
From 1998 to 2000 Mr. Jennings was a co-founder, Vice Chairman
and a Director of Suncoast Automation, a cable TV system development
and management firm for the time share lodging industry. Mr.
Jennings managed and successfully concluded three rounds of
funding and located a public company to acquire Suncoast.
The company was successfully acquired by a NASDAQ company
in September 2000.
